  If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner has reduced spray or no spray, consider these possibilities: * The bladder may be empty. Turn the power switch off and refill the bladder with clean, hand-hot tap water and formula. * The 2-in-1 water tank may not be seated properly. Turn the power switch off, remove the tank, and reseat it. * The pump may have lost prime. Turn the power switch off, wait one minute, then turn it back on and depress the spray trigger. * The pump belt may be broken. Press the power pedal off, unplug the vacuum from the outlet, and follow the pump belt removal and replacement instructions.

  If the DirtLifter PowerBrush on your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner does not turn, the brush belt or pump belt may be off or broken. Press the power pedal and unplug the vacuum from the outlet. Follow the brush and pump belt removal and replacement instructions.
