  If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner has reduced or no spray, there are several potential causes and solutions: * The bladder might be empty. Refill it with hot tap water. * The heater tank might be empty. Fill it with BISSELL Deep Cleaning formula for cleaning or water if rinsing. * The tanks may not be seated properly. Turn the power OFF (O), then remove and reseat the tanks. * The pump may have lost prime. Turn the power OFF (O), wait one minute, then turn it back ON and press the trigger.

  If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner isn't picking up the solution, consider these possibilities: * The ReadyTools dial might be on the wrong setting. Set it to either floor cleaning or tools. * The nozzle window may not be properly attached. Press down firmly on the black oval gasket at the top of the window to ensure the two tabs on the back of the nozzle window are snapped into the mating slots in the main housing. * The 2-in-1 tank is not properly seated. Remove and reseat the 2-in-1 tank firmly. * The 2-in-1 tank has picked up the maximum dirty water. Empty the 2-in-1 tank.

  If the DirtLifter PowerBrush on your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner isn't turning, the brush belt or pump belt may be off or broken. Turn the machine OFF (O) and unplug it from the outlet. To check the belt, you will need a flat head screwdriver. Insert the blade end into the lower slot of the belt access door to release the lower snap, and if necessary, the upper slot to release the upper snap. Examine the belt for breakage.
