Why is my Bissell Steam Cleaner not spraying?
    • J
      Julie WalterAug 3, 2025
There could be several reasons why your Bissell Steam Cleaner isn't spraying. First, the Clean Water Tank might be empty, so refill it. Second, the tank may not be seated correctly; turn the power OFF, then remove and reseat the tank. Third, the system may not be primed; hold the trigger for 10 to 15 seconds to allow the formula to reach the spray tips. Fourth, remember to hold the trigger continuously while using the machine. Finally, the spray tips on the foot might be clogged. To resolve this, turn the power OFF and use a pin to clean the spray tip located at the front and center of the machine.

What to do if all three LED lights are flashing on my Bissell SPINWAVE 2240F Steam Cleaner?
    • M
      Mr. Joshua DaltonAug 13, 2025
If all three LED lights are flashing on your Bissell Steam Cleaner, it could be due to a couple of reasons. One possibility is that the pads were forced to stop spinning, perhaps due to stuck debris, being compressed under furniture, or briefly stepped on. To fix this, turn the unit OFF, or wait 10 seconds for the lights and machine to turn OFF, then press the ON/OFF button to start the unit again. Another reason might be heavy and extended usage, causing the internal temperature of the machine to warm up slightly past the typical operating temperature. In this case, press the ON/OFF Button on the Handle one time and wait for the unit to cool down and reset.
