SEQUENZA DI SMONTAGGIO
DISMANTLY SEQUENCE
1) Scaldare lo snodo sferico (utilizzare la pistola
ad aria calda)
- Heat the ball joint (use an hot air gun)
2) Fissare lo stelo in morsa, utilizzando le
ganasce 00318, e svitare la testina utilizzando
una spina Ø8.
Ripulire lo stelo da eventuali residui.
- Fix the rod in a vice with jaws 00318 and
unscrew the head, using a prick tool Ø8.
Clean the rod from any remaining contents.
3) Ripetere l’operazione con la manopolina di
regolazione (scaldare con pistola ad aria calda).
Ripulire lo stelo da eventuali residui.
- Repeat the operation for the adjustment knob
(heating with a hot air gun).
Clean the rod from any remaining contents.
Attenzione: nel maneggiare la manopola di
regolazione, avendola scaldata, proteggere
adeguatamente le dita durante la manipolazione
Warning: handle with care the adjuster knob,
because it is very hot: remember to protecting
your hands (see next photo)
4) Con l’attrezzo speciale cod. 00216 svitare il
tappo di chiusura corpo ammortizzatore
- Using the special tool cod.00216 unscrew the
cap from the body of the shock absorber
5) Sfilare e togliere il tappo
- Withdraw and remove the cap
