6) Svuotare l’olio, ed estrarre lo stelo con il
relativo gruppo idraulico
- Empty the oil out, and extract the rod together
with the hydraulic group
7) Pulire con apposito detergente il gruppo
idraulico, e asciugare con aria compressa
- Using specific cleaner to wash the parts, and dry
with air gun
8) Posizionare l’ammortizzatore nella morsa, con
la camera di compensazione rivolta in alto.
Servirsi di un collarino di attacco per bloccare il
corpo ammortizzatore in morsa.
- Using the body attachment of the steering
damper, fix it in the vice
9)Utilizzando attrezzo speciale cod. 00217 svitare
il tappo di chiusura lato serbatoio gas
-Using the special tool cod. 00217 unscrew the
cap from the gas tank
10) Togliere il gruppo serbatoio gas.
- Remove the gas tank group
Nel caso si stiano revisionando ammortizzatori di
sterzo del tipo:
- SD-SH (corpo in acciaio)
- SF (corpo in carbonio)
Riferirsi alla sequenza di smontaggio e
rimontaggio del gruppo ghiera a pag.9

REASSEMBLY SEQUENCE
1) Applicare grasso Bitubo cod. 997608 sugli O-
ring di tenuta del nuovo gruppo ghiera
contenuto nel KIT e inserirlo nel serbatoio.
- Apply Bitubo grease cod. 997608 to the O-rings
of the new cap group supplied with the KIT. After
insert it in the tank
