Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Possible Solution
• Battery will not charge. • Charger not plugged into a working
outlet.
• Charging cable not plugged into
working USB port.
• Charging cable damaged.
• Plug charger into a working outlet.
Refer to “Important Charging Notes” for
more details.
• Check USB port by plugging in another
USB device.
• Check by using another charging cable.
• Light will not illuminate. • Battery not charged. • Check charging LED for battery status –
RED not charged, Green fully charged.
• Unit shuts off abruptly. • Battery has reached its maximum
thermal limit.
• Out of charge. (To maximize the life
of the battery pack it is designed to
flash 5 times to indicated charge is
needed.)
• Allow battery to cool down.
• Place on charger and allow to charge.
