Slide the bottom end of the handle (8) into the top end of the steam mop body (11) until it clicks into place.
Connect the steam hose (16) to the hand held steam cleaner (5) and release the steam hose release button (16a) making sure it clicks into place.
Connect the SteaMitt hose (26) to the hand held steam cleaner (5) and release the SteaMitt hose release button making sure it clicks into place.
Fit the cleaning pad (27) to the SteaMitt (25) by attaching the 'loop' velcro strips (27a) on the upper side of the cleaning pad, to the 'hook' velcro pads (25a) on the underside of the SteaMitt (4). Press down firmly.
