What to do if the line feed doesn't work on my Black & Decker GL350?

If the line feed isn't working on your Black & Decker Trimmer, here are some things to try: * Remove the spool cap. * Pull the cutting line until it measures 5-3/8" (136 mm). If there is not enough cutting line install a new spool. * Ensure the cutting line isn't crisscrossed; if so, unravel and rewind it neatly. * Make sure the beginning of the cutting line is tight against the spool. * Align the tabs in the spool cover with the notches in the spool compartment. * Push the spool cover until firmly in place. * If the cutting line goes beyond the cutting blade, cut it so that it goes just up to the cutting blade.
