Using an Extension Cable

Assembly

Assembling the Handle

Fit lower handle parts (9) to upper handle (4) using screws (10), washers (11), and nuts (12).

Fitting the Handle

Insert lower handle ends (5) into mower holes (13) and secure with screws (14).

Fixing the Cable

Secure the mains cable using cable restraints (15) to the lower and upper handles.

Use

Adjusting Height of Cut

The height of cut is adjusted by changing the height of the wheels.

Switching On and Off

Hold handle with both hands, depress lock-off button, pull on/off switch, then release button.

Mowing Procedure

Place bulk of cable on lawn, switch on, and proceed as shown in diagrams, avoiding mowing towards the cable.

Emptying the Grass Bag

Empty the grass bag when loose grass scatters from beneath the mower. Never use without the bag.

Hints for Optimum Use

For grass over 10 cm, make two cuts; first at max height, then lower. Mow only dry grass.

Turn appliance on side, grip blade, loosen nut, replace blade, refit washer and nut, tighten securely.
