There might be several reasons why your Black & Decker Steam Cleaner isn't producing enough steam. First, ensure the steamer has preheated for at least 60 seconds. Also, check that the water tank is filled to the Max level. Finally, if the steamer hasn't been used in weeks, an air pocket may be blocking the steam; push the steam reset button on the bottom of the unit to push air through the pump.
