Why is my BLACK+DECKER Steam Cleaner not producing steam?

If your BLACK+DECKER Steam Cleaner isn't producing enough steam, ensure it preheats for at least 60 seconds. Also, check that the water tank is filled to the Max level marker as described in the “filling the water tank” section. If the steamer hasn't been used recently, press the 'steam reset' button on the bottom to clear any air pockets in the pump.
