RED Declaration of Conformity
The simplified EU declaration of conformity referenced in Article 10 (9) shall be provided
as follows:

equipment type [5G Digital Mobile Phone] is in compliance with Directive 2014/53/EU.

RF Exposure Information (SAR)
Body-worn SAR testing has been carried out at a distance of 5 mm.
To meet RF exposure guidelines during body-worn operation, the device should be
positioned at least this distance away from the body.
If you are using unapproved accessories, ensure that these accessories are free of metal
and are positioned in the phone that is the preceding distance away from the body.

This device meets the government’s requirements for exposure to radio waves. This
device is designed and manufactured according to the requirements on the emission
limit for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy. The exposure standard for wireless
device employs a unit of measurement known as SAR.
This device complies with the RE Directive (2014/53/EU). The minimum distance must be
maintained between the user and the device, including the antenna during body-worn
operation, to comply with RF exposure requirements.
