STEP 07
With the help of another person place the griddle top onto the griddle body by
aligning the four pins to the holes on top of the body. Make sure the pins are
fully seated in the holes. Place the grease cup on the back of the griddle body
in the center of the unit.
STEP 08
Hang LP Tank (NOT INCLUDED) on tank hangers. Be sure that is rmly
seated into both upper and lower hangers and attach hose.
STEP 09
Proceed to seasoning instructions (pg 18) in the Owner’s Manual. Enjoy
cooking outdoors on your Blackstone 28” Cooking Station!
