STEP
Push the burner knobs onto the valve stems.
STEP
Loosen the two (2) pre-installed M6x12 screws on the griddle
body, then hook the side shelf onto them. Secure the side shelf with two (2)
M6x12 screws in the bottom set of holes. Tighten all screws.
STEP
Use four (4) M6X12 screws and four (4) M6 Nuts to install the side
handle to the griddle body.
STEP
With the help of another person, place the griddle top on the
main body by aligning the 4 pins to the holes of the body.
Hang the grease cup in the slot on the back of the griddle body.
Make sure the front pins are fully
seated in the holes, then push the
griddle top back to lock the griddle
in place.
