STEP 09
Place the hood and griddle top on to the body. Be sure the pins are fully seated
in the holes. Then place the drip pan and grate over the range burner.
STEP 10
Assemble the fryer bin into the fryer cage. Then place the basket into the
fryer bin, put the lid on the bin, and slide the thermometer into the slot and
clip it to the side of the bin. Use the hardcover to protect the range when not
in use.
STEP 11
Proceed to seasoning instructions (pg 18) in the Owner’s Manual. Enjoy
cooking outdoors on your Blackstone Rangetop Combo!
