Insert the BlackBerry Smart Card
Reader battery
CAUTION: Use only the battery that Research In
Motion specifies for use with your BlackBerry® Smart
Card Reader. For more information about using the
battery safely, see the BlackBerry Smart Card Reader
Safety and Product Information booklet.
1. Press the sides of the battery release cover.
2. Slide off the battery cover.
3. Insert the battery so that the BlackBerry logo
faces up and the metal contacts on the battery
align with the metal contacts on your
BlackBerry Smart Card Reader.
