What to do if my Blackfire Battery Pack PAC500 will not charge or operate connected devices?

  If your Blackfire PAC500 isn't charging devices, first ensure that output ports 6, 7, and/or 9 are activated by pressing button 5 and/or 8 for the port(s) in use. Next, confirm the connected device is suitable for the PAC500 by reviewing the output specifications in the GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS section. Also, check the battery charge level (A) by pressing the INFO [12] or LIGHT [11] button.

Why is my Blackfire Battery Pack PAC500 not charging?

  Your Blackfire PAC500 might not be charging for several reasons. The AC charger may not be providing an output; verify that the Charging Indicator LED 4 is illuminated. If not, the AC charger may be faulty. Also, ensure the charger's cord is fully inserted into the AC Charger Input. If the input doesn't comply with the requirements in the GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS section, the Low Input Voltage icon H may appear on the LCD screen.
