Why is my Black+Decker Kitchen Appliances steamer not producing steam?

If your Black+Decker Kitchen Appliances steamer isn't producing enough steam, or no steam at all, first ensure it has preheated for at least 45 seconds, or until the power button light is a steady blue. Also, check the water tank and refill it to the Max level marker, following the instructions in the 'filling the water tank' section. Finally, after preheating, prime the water pump by holding the steam trigger until steam forms to ensure there is enough water in the boiler.
