Troubleshooting Guide
If you have any problems with your keyboard, try to go through the following
troubleshooting guide:
Confirm that the power key has been turned on.
Confirm that the keyboard is within operatable distance range (within 10 metres
from the tablet).
Confirm that the battery is not empty.
Confirm that the tablet’s Bluetooth functionality is on.
Confirm that the keyboard and tablet are connected via Bluetooth (you can do you
in your tablet’s Bluetooth settings).
Should the problems prevail, please contact Alza customer line for any additional support.
Cleaning
Clean the keyboard with clean water, alcohol, or similar alcohol agents, but do not use any
abrasive cleaners.
Charging
In case of low battery, the low battery light indicator will flicker constantly, and at this time
it is recommended to charge the keyboard.
Connect the Type-C end of the original USB cable to the Type-C charging port of
the keyboard.
Connect USB-A end of the charging cable to the USB interface of power adapter or
computer.
After that, the charging is in process, as signified with indicator light being on.
Once the indicator light turns off, the charging is completed.
