Once the boiler temperature falls below 35 °C, the system should automatically fill with water, though this may take several hours. If the issue persists, contact BLANCO Customer Service.

  If your sparkling water lacks fizz, adjust the temperature setting to a colder level, as colder water allows CO 2 to be added more effectively. Allow the system to cool down for about 12 hours. Dispense 2 x 0.3 liters of sparkling water, wait another hour, and then re-evaluate. You can also try running the cleaning program.

  If you cannot dispense sparkling water, first, check that the CO cylinder is fitted properly. A hissing sound when unscrewing the cylinder indicates correct insertion. Screw the CO cylinder in firmly, tightening it another 1/4 turn. If the issue persists, replace the cylinder with an original BLANCO CO cylinder, as only BLANCO CO cylinders should be used.

Finally, check the installation to ensure corner valves are fully open, the filter and CO cylinder are fully screwed in, and the supply hose isn't kinked.

After 15 minutes, reconnect the power supply and confirm the malfunction on the display by pressing 'OK'. Operate the system, dispensing 2 liters of each water type (hot, sparkling, and still), and wait 15 minutes. Then, inspect for any leaks in the base cabinet.
