If your Blastrac Floor Machine won't start and the green control light is off, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure that your connected dust collector has sufficient suction power and is turned on. Next, inspect the dust hose and its connections for any blockages or damage. Also, check the measuring point inside the dust hose connection for blockages. Verify that the air hoses and connections are free from blockages or twists. Examine the filter and replace it if it's clogged. Lastly, confirm that the differential pressure switch is correctly set to -10mbar.
