Vorbereitende Arbeiten
Bevor Sie den elektrischen Abgleich durchfdhren, mussen Sie
folgende Vorbereitungen treften:
Héhen - Einstellung
Bass - Einstellung
Fader - Einstetun
Balance - Einstellung .
Mitteistellung
Mitteistellung
Stationstasten
Far den Abgleich miissen Sie die Stationstasten auf folgende
Frequenzen programmieren:

Der Lautsprecherausgang muG mit 4 2 abgeschiossen sein.
Abgleichhinweise
Programmieren der Gerateparameter:
{ist nach Auswechsein von D800 + dem HF - Teil erforderlich)

- Suchlaufstoppschweilen FM
- ROS Grundemptindiichkeit
+ Suchiaufstoppschwetien AM
AM + FM - Abgleich:
- Soilten Sie eine Reparatur an der AM-/FM - Platte durchfihren
mussen, kann das nur im ausgebautem Zustand erfoigen.
Zu diesem Zweck ldten Sie die AM-/FM - Platte auf die Unterseite
der Haupiplatine.
- Den AM- und FM-Abgleich missen Sie durchfuhren, wenn bei
einer Reparatur frequenzbestimmende Bauteile ausgetauscht
oder verstellt wurden.Dazu missen Sie das Autoradio teilweise
demontieren.
+ Nach Aeparatur-/ Abgleicharbeiten mussen die Gerateparameter
neu programmuert werden.
- Den Phasenschieberabgleich sollten Sie nur bei eingebauter
AM-/FM - Platte durchftihren.
Abschirmung
Der HF-Abgieich muf3 mit Unterdeckel erfoigen. Hierzu ist es
ratsam da8 Sie an die Mepunkte Leitungen anzuléten. Fihren Sie
die Leitungen nach oben oder seitlich aus dem Gerat heraus.

- Output meter; frequency counter; AF millivoitmeter; stereo encoder
- Oscilloscope: - inp. sensitivity: 5 mV to 50 voits per division
- bandwidth: d.c. to 50 MHz
- Probes 10:1 and 1:1
+ Screwdriver / adjusting pins (ceramic)
- Soldering station

Observe the following preparations before performing the electrical
alignment:

Station preset push-buttons
For the alignment the station preset push-buttons must be
programmed to the following frequencies:

Loudspeaker connections
The loudspeaker output must be terminated with 4 Q.
Notes on alignment
Parameter programming:
(required after reptacement of D800 and AF tuner)

- ROS basic sensitivity

AM + FM alignment:
~ If you see the need to perform a repair on the AM / FM board this
can be done only with the board extracted. It is then necessary
to solder the extracted AM / FM board to the underside of the
main board.
- The AM and FM alignment has to be carried out if components
that determine the circuit's frequency have been reptaced or de-
tuned. A disassembly in part will be necessary.
- After a repair or alignment job the basic parameters of the
product have to be reprogrammed.
- The alignment of the phase shifter circuit should be carried out
only with the AM - FM board installed in the unit.
Radio-shielding
The r-f alignment has to be performed with the bottom cover in
place. It is advisable to solder wires to the measuring points and
provide access from the top of the the main board or out through
holes in the side of the frame.
