DISASSEMBLING THE JOYSTICK (DRAWING 2):
Step 1. Remove the Handle (Part 3) from the Joystick kit (Part 4).
Step 2. Remove the Bellow (Part 4.13)
Step 3. Release and remove the Handle end (Part 4.12)
Step 4. Remove the Screws (Part 4.11) with a 5mm hex key and remove the Square Plate (Part 4.10)
Step 5. Release Nuts (Part 4.8) and remove the Junctions (Part 4.9) with Seeger (Part 4.7)
Step 6. Spin off the Pins (Part 4.5, 4.6) and unscrew the Spool Ends (Part 4.3, 4.4)
Step 7. Release the Screws (4.2) with a 4mm hex key
Step 8. Remove the Plate (Part 4.1)
ASSEMBLING THE JOYSTICK (DRAWING 2):
Step 1. Install the Plate (Part 4.1) and tighten the Bolts (4.2) with a 4mm hex wrench to 6.3 ft. lbs.
Step 2. Screw the Spool Ends (Part 4.3, 4.4) onto the spools (Part 5.0) and tighten to 9.6 ft. lbs. as shown in the
drawing 2
Step 3. Set the Pins (Part 4.5, 4.6) on the Spool Ends as shown in the drawing 2.
Step 4. Fit the Junctions (Part 4.9) into the pins (Part 4.5, 4.6) and secure with Seeger (Part 4.7) and tighten the Nuts
(Part 4.8) with a 13mm hex wrench to 9.6 ft. lbs..
Step 5. Fasten the Square Plate (Part 4.10) and tighten the Bolts (Part 4.11) with a 5mm hex wrench to 6.3 ft. lbs.
Step 6. Fix the Handle End (Part 4.12) and the Bellow (Part 4.13)
