DANGER
Risk of death and injury due to incorrect operation
◼ Only use lifting equipment on level and stable ground.
◼ Always push the lifting unit.
◼ Always observe the route.
◼ Always move the lifting units slowly.
◼ Information about the axle loads can be found in the documentation of the
manufacturer. If in doubt, determine the axle loads on a scale.
◼ For trailing and steering axles special conditions apply. Overload may occur.
In this case, ask the vehicle manufacturer before lifting whether this is
permissible.
◼ The use of more than 4 lifting units can lead to uneven load distribution. It is
the responsibility of the operator not to overload individual lifting units. If
necessary, consult a specialist.
◼ Before releasing the handbrake, secure the vehicle with 2 lifting units on the
rear axle to prevent it from moving.
◼ To set up the lifting units, release the handbrake.
◼ To lift, switch off the ignition of the vehicle. This prevents unexpected,
automatic control movements with active chassis.
Keep a working space of 1 m around the wheel gripper.
