Step 5:
Install the pedals. They are marked with
an “L” for the pedal to install on the le
side of the bike and marked “R” for the
right side (side with chain and gears).
Tighten the pedals securely by turning the
pedals towards the front of the bike with
a wrench as seen in the assembly video
at support.blixbike.com. Install carefully to
not damage the thread.
Step 6:
Adjust the seat post to desired height and
firmly tighten the seat post clamp.
Step 7:
Inflate the tires to the recommended
pressure 30-50 PSI, indicated on the tire
sidewall.
Step 8: Check brakes and that all bolts
are tight before riding.
Recommended Torque Values
Tighten bolts to torque specifications to prevent the bolts from slipping.
Do not extend any components including the
stem or seat post beyond the minimum insertion
markings, which are etched into the seat post
and stem. Before using the bike, check that the
saddle post quick release bolt is closed and
firmly tightened. Secure all hardware properly or
it may become loose and result in serious injuries.

Pedal Installation and Adjustment

Install the Pedals

Install pedals marked 'L' for left and 'R' for right. Tighten towards the front using a wrench, being careful not to damage the thread.

Adjust Seat Post

Adjust the seat post to the desired height and tighten the seat post clamp firmly.

Inflate Tires

Inflate tires to the recommended pressure, typically 30-50 PSI, as indicated on the tire sidewall.

Final Bolt Check

Check brakes and ensure all bolts are tight before riding the bike.

Initial Bike Setup

Unpack and Prepare Bike

Remove bike from box, set on flat surface, remove packaging, and cut zip-ties. Verify all included items are present.

Install Handlebars

Align handlebar stem forward with the front fork and tighten securely. Adjust height and angle later.

Install Front Wheel

Prepare quick release skewer, install through front wheel axle, ensuring disc rotor aligns with brake caliper.

Adjust Handlebar Height and Angle

Loosen stem bolt for height/alignment, then adjust handlebar angle and wrist angle, tightening all bolts securely.
