Maintenance Features:

Regular maintenance is crucial for the dryer's optimal performance and longevity.

  • Loading Door Inner Surface:
    • Fibre Filter: The dryer collects hair and fibres in the fibre filter. It must be cleaned after every drying cycle. The filter consists of two parts (inner and outer filters) that need to be separated, cleaned under running water with a soft brush, and then placed back.
    • Inner Surface of the Loading Door: Clean the inner surface of the loading door and its gaskets with a soft damp cloth or a brush on air routing cover.
  • Cleaning the Sensor: The metal surfaces of the sensors inside the dryer must be cleaned 4 times a year. Wipe with a soft cloth dampened with vinegar and dry them. Do not use metal tools or abrasive materials.
  • Cleaning the Condenser: The hair and fibre that accumulate on the metal surface of the condenser behind the air deflector must be cleaned regularly, ideally every 6 months. This involves pulling the toe board, removing the air deflector cover, and cleaning the condenser with a brush or vacuum cleaner. Wear protective gloves when cleaning the condenser fins to avoid injury.
  • Lint Filter: Clean the lint filter before or after each load.
  • Exhaust Vent and Adjacent Surroundings: Keep the area around the exhaust vent and adjacent surroundings free from the accumulation of lint, dust, and dirt.
  • Ductwork: The interior of the appliance and exhaust ductwork should be cleaned periodically by qualified service personnel.
  • General Cleaning: Do not use abrasive materials or steel wool to clean the drum.
