Why does my Blomberg DV 17600 W Dryer take so long to dry?

If the drying process on your Blomberg Dryer is taking longer than expected, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure that the lint filter is clean, as a clogged filter restricts airflow. If cleaning doesn't suffice, the filter meshes may be clogged and require washing with water. Check that the ventilation grids on the front of the dryer are free from obstructions. Insufficient ventilation in a small room can also prolong drying times; try opening a door or window to improve airflow. A buildup of lime deposit on the dampness sensor can affect performance, so clean the sensor. Avoid overloading the dryer, and ensure your laundry is spun at a higher speed in your washing machine to remove excess water before drying.
