notications, etc.
From the Settings screen, tap Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
• Your Digital Wellbeing tools: Use app timers and other tools to
keep track of screen time and unplug more easily.
• Ways to disconnect: View your screen time and set timers for your
apps, set a bedtime schedule to disconnect from your phone and
avoid interruptions while you sleep, pause distracting apps when you
need time to focus.
• Reduce interruptions: Enable or disable the notications of apps
and Do Not Disturb mode.
• Show icon in the app list: Enable icons in the app list.
• Parental controls: Add content restrictions and set other limits to
help your child balance their screen time.
