Section 4 – Operating Your Fountain
Step 4.1 After filling the fountain with water, before turning on your fountain, make sure the Flow Control Valve
(B) is in the “closed” position as shown in Fig. 4.1. We advise the closed position so that you can adjust
the water flow as described in step 4.3. If started in the fully open position a surge of water will flow that
may splash. Note: Too much or too little water flow will cause dripping and splashing. Water level must
be maintained at least 2” above the Water Pump (A). If the water level drops below the top of the pump,
damage to the Water Pump (A) may occur.
