If the electrode is cracked, the wire is loose or shorting, the thermocouple isn't working, or the igniter is bad, replacement parts may be required, and you should contact Customer Care at 800.762.1142.

First, check if the LP gas tank is out of gas and exchange, refill, or replace it if necessary. If that's not the issue, the overfilling prevention device may have been activated. To reset it, turn the control knob to “OFF,” wait 30 seconds, and relight the fire table. If the flames are still too low, turn the control knob(s) “OFF,” turn the LP gas tank valve to “CLOSED,” disconnect the regulator, turn the control knobs to (HIGH), wait one minute, turn the control knobs to “OFF,” reconnect the regulator (being careful not to fully open the valve), and then light the fire table.

  If the flame in your Blue Rhino Outdoor Fireplace seems to lose heat in cold weather (below 50ºF), ice may have built up on the outside of the LP gas tank because the vaporization process is too slow. To fix this, turn off the unit, replace the LP gas tank with a spare, reconnect the LP gas tank, check for leaks, and then light the fire table.
