  If your Blue Star Air Conditioner isn't cooling after the normal delay, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the compressor is on and the unit is set to Auto or Cool mode using the remote. Also, check that the airflow paths of both the indoor and outdoor units are unobstructed. Remove any obstacles that might be blocking the airflow. Lastly, a dirty air filter can restrict cooling, so clean the air filter to ensure optimal performance.

  If your Blue Star Air Conditioner won't start, there are a few potential reasons. The MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) may have tripped; if so, reset it. Alternatively, the fuse might have burnt out, requiring you to replace the fuse wire. It's also possible that the input voltage is below the acceptable range. In this case, wait for the input voltage to rise to an acceptable level.
