  If your Blue Wave Swimming Pool Pump motor doesn’t start, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the pump is plugged into a grounded power outlet and press the RESET button. Second, check your circuit breaker on the electrical panel and reset it. If it continues to trip, have the circuit inspected by an electrician. Finally, verify that the line voltage is between 105VAC and 125VAC.

  If your Blue Wave Swimming Pool Pump isn't cleaning the pool properly, several factors could be at play. Ensure the chlorine level is between 1.0 and 1.6 ppm and the pH level is between 7.3 and 7.8. Check if the Filter Cartridge is dirty, and clean or replace it if necessary. Inspect the Filter Cartridge for damage and replace if needed. Also, check for obstructions at the Strainer Basket, Filter Cartridge, Hose, and Return Fitting. Consider having your pool water tested for other chemical imbalances and clean the pool and filter more often.
