  Several factors can affect the refrigeration performance of your Blueair Commercial Food Equipment. Check if the temperature setting is correct. Avoid opening the door too often and load products in intervals to prevent overloading with warm items. Ensure the unit has adequate ventilation with at least 3 inches of clearance on all sides, and clean the condenser if it's clogged.
