INSTALLING SANDING BARRELS
Ø Check that the replacement barrel is not damaged.
o Sanding barrels that are damaged should not be used.
Ø Make certain the machine is unplugged from power.
Ø Depress the lock for the barrel bolt.
Ø Using a hex wrench unscrew the hex bolt that attaches the barrel to the gearbox.
Ø Place the new sanding barrel on the machine and securely tighten the barrel locking bolt.
o Make certain the barrel lock is depressed when tightening or loosening the lock bolt.
Ø Release lock for the barrel bolt.
Ø Double check the metal guard is secure.
