Why is my BlueSpot 07951 air hammer running slowly?
- WwhensonJul 28, 2025
The slow operation of your BlueSpot Tools air hammer can stem from several causes. There might be leaks in the air hose – check the connection to the air hammer and secure it with PTFE tape. Low air pressure is another potential issue; inspect the regulator, adjust the compressor to 90 PSI / 6.2 bar, and verify the hose size and length. Dirt or gum accumulation inside the air hammer could also be the culprit; try flushing it with air line oil or gum solvent. Insufficient oil or water in the airline may also cause this problem. Make sure you follow the daily maintenance instructions to lubricate the air hammer with oil and drain the air hammer, running the tool until it is clear of water, then oil the tool.
