Check the rod bores for alignment [AJ.
Check the cylinder bore in several locations

Use a press to remove the bushing from the rod if the
bearing needs replacement
[C).
Hone the cylinder and check the size of the cylinder. Use
a piston to push the rings into the bore. check the end gap
of the rings.
