Removal (Cont'd)
Remove the radiator assembly [AJ.
Remove the radiator mounting bolts [B1-
Remove the radiator from the assembly.
Installation
Install the mounting bolts [B).
Tighten the mounting bolts 180-200 in .- Ibs. (21-23 Nm)
torque.
Install the radiator assembly [A).
Install the assembly mounting bolts (See Page 7B-38 .)
Tighten the bolts 180-200 in.-Ibs. (21-23 Nm) torque.
Install the tubelines to the oil cooler.
Install the two radiator hoses.
Install the muffler exhaust pipe.
Install the overflow tube and the coolant recovery tank.
Connect the
overflow tube at both ends and tighten the
hose
clamps.
Install the panel on the blower housing. Tighten the bolts
to 180-200 in . -Ibs . (21-23 Nm) torque.
BLOWER HOUSING
Removal
Remove the engine. (See Page 7B-8 .)
Remove the radiator, oil cooler assembly. (See Page
78-36 .)
Disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel filter [C).
