13 Intermediate Update
AIR CONDITIONING BELT
Belt Adjustment
Stop the engine and open the rear door.

Remove bolt (3) [Figure 19] holding harness clamp.
Remove nuts (1) and remove belt shield (2) [Figure 19].

Loosen the mounting nut (1) [Figure 20] at bottom of
compressor.
Figure 21
Loosen the adjustment nut (1) [Figure 21] at top of
compressor.
Move the air conditioning compressor toward the rear of
machine to tighten the belt. The tension is correct when
there is 4,0 mm movement at the middle of the belt
span (2) [Figure 21] with 16,5-17,7 N of force.
Tighten the mounting and adjustment nuts, install belt
shield and install harness clamp and bolt.
Close the rear door before operating the loader.
