S T E P
Be careful to assemble all components
in the sequence they are presented.
NOTE:
Finger tighten all hardware in this step. Do Not wrench tighten until end of step 5.
Some components may be pre-installed.
A. Insert both End Caps (21) to Main Base Frame (C).
B. Connect both Rubber Base Pads (25) to Main Base Frame (C).
C. Insert both Foot Caps (24) to Main Base Frame (C).
D. Attach Rear Vertical Frame (A) to Main Base Frame (C) by using:
Two 27 (M12x75 hex head bolt)
Four 11 (M12 washer)
Two 12 (M12 nylon lock nut)
E. Install Pulley (22) to Main Base Frame (C) by using:
One 26 (M10x45 hex head bolt)
Two 14 (M10 washer)
One 16 (M10 nylon lock nut)
F. Stick Non Skid Tape (30) onto Seat Frame (F).
G. Insert Round End Cap (20) into Seat Frame (F).
H. Insert End Cap (21) into Seat Frame (F).
I. Insert both Pulleys (22) to Rear Vertical Frame (A) as shown in the diagram.
J. Connect both Pulleys (22) to Rear Vertical Frame (A) by using:
Two 29 (M10x65 hex head bolt)
Four 23 (pulley spacer)
Two 16 (M10 nylon lock nut)
K. Slide the Seat Frame Assembly into Rear Vertical Frame (A).
