❶ Please remove the protective film before use; otherwise,
the headphones will not be able to charge.
Tear off the protective film
❷ If the headphones cannot be charged, please clean the
magnet charging contact on the earbud and the charging
pin on the charging case with alcohol wipes.
❸ If the sound becomes slow, please clean the protective
grilles of both earbuds.
