Raisins and nuts can be added after the first beep or after
the 1st kneading cycle.

When using whole grains, soak them in advance.
Sunflower Bread

550 type flour 540 g
Sunflower seeds 5 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Dry yeast 1 packet
Program: „NORMAL“
Tip: sunflower seeds can be replaced with pumpkin seeds.
Toast the seeds in the pan to give them an intense flavor.
