      Robert LopezAug 3, 2025
If the Bomedent dental equipment's power is not turning on, it might be due to a fully discharged battery. Try recharging the battery. Another possibility is that there is no battery inserted, so ensure the battery is properly inserted. If these steps don't work, the internal fuse may have burnt, in which case you should contact your dealer.

      Brad LawsonAug 7, 2025
If your Bomedent dental equipment is not charging, it could be due to several reasons. First, the battery may be completely discharged, requiring a replacement with a new battery. Ensure the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet. Also, check that the motor handpiece is correctly set to the charger. There may be some residual contamination on the charger base, so remove it. If none of these steps work and an error code is displayed, refer to No. 8 Error Code. If nothing is displayed on the panel, or the charger is out of service, contact your dealer. If the charger is out of service, you can charge the motor by cable.
