CARE INSTRUCTIONS
With time and use, the performance of the evapora-
tor mat and the Ionic Silver Stick
®
decreases. Regu-
lar maintenance and cleaning is necessary to ensure
high output and a long service life.
Recommended cleaning and maintenance intervals
vary depending on air and water quality, and length
of operation.
Dish-washing liquid and a scrub brush are recom-
mended for cleaning.
Always unplug the unit from the power outlet before
cleaning. Failure to do so causes risk of fatal injury
from electric shock!
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Interval Activity
Daily Check the water level; add water if necessary
After 1 week without operation Empty and clean the BONECO E2441A evaporator
Every 2 weeks Clean the water base
Every 10–12 weeks (or as necessary) Replace the evaporator mat (see page 15)
Yearly Replace the Ionic Silver Stick
®
