The headphone cannot
work in my devices
1.Please confirm that whether headphone works normally in
other devices like pc, computer or mobile phone or not.If it
can work normally in other devices , please turn to step 2. If
not, please feel free to contact us via email to get a new audio
cable for free under 12-month warranty.
2.Please confirm that whether you choose correct audio
cables to connect to your devices and whether the output of
devices is under limits of headphone or not.
