General Notes on Alignment

FM-IF

Carry out alignment according to the table.

FM Tuned Circuits

Store the alignment settings onto buttons.

AM alignment

For AM alignment the FM board has to be taken out.

Alignment of the FM Tuned Circuits

A screwdriver of 1.5 mm diameter and 80 mm length is required.

ARI Alignment

Adjust to maximum with L413.

Adjustment of Regulators

R109 Stereo switching threshold

Use R 109 to adjust to 0.6 V.

R313 19 kHz Stereo Decoder

Use R313 to adjust to 19 kHz.

R555 DK volume

Use R 555 to adjust to 30 mW output.

For unit type 020

Adjust to 0.5 watt output with R 10.
