Playing tracks in random order
(MIX)
To play the tracks in the current directory in
random order,
upress the 3 button ⑧ repeatedly until
“MIX DIR” appears in the display ④.
The MIX symbol appears in the display ④.
To play all the tracks on the MP3 storage device
in random order,
upress the 3 button ⑧ repeatedly until
“MIX ALL” appears in the display ④.
The MIX symbol appears in the display ④.
Cancelling MIX
To cancel playing tracks in random order,
upress the 3 button ⑧ repeatedly until
“MIX OFF” appears in the display ④.
The MIX symbol disappears from the display
④.
Scanning tracks (SCAN)
To scan all the tracks on the MP3 storage
device in ascending order for approximately 10
seconds each,
upress the 4 button ⑧ repeatedly until
“SCAN TRK” appears in the display ④.
To scan all the tracks in the current directory,
upress the 4 button ⑧ repeatedly until
“SCAN FLD” appears in the display ④.
Cancelling SCAN
To cancel scanning,
upress the 4 button ⑧ repeatedly until
“SCAN OFF” appears in the display ④.
The currently scanned track will then continue
playing.
Repeating individual tracks or
whole directories (RPT)
To repeat the current track,
upress the 2 button ⑧ repeatedly until
“RPT TRK” appears in the display ④.
The RPT symbol appears in the display ④.
To repeat the current directory,
upress the 2 button ⑧ repeatedly until
“RPT DIR” appears in the display ④.
The RPT symbol appears in the display ④.
Cancelling RPT
To cancel the repeat function,
upress the 2 button ⑧ repeatedly until
“RPT OFF” appears in the display ④.
The RPT symbol disappears from the
display ④.
Playing a playlist (PLST)
If you have compiled a playlist containing your
favourite tracks in a particular order and then
stored this playlist in the root directory, you
can play it in PLST mode. To do this:
upress and hold down the PLST button until
“PLST ON” appears in the display ④.
uThe first track in the playlist then starts
playing after 2 seconds.
If there are several playlists (all in the root
directory), you can make your selection using
the and arrow buttons ⑥.
During PLST mode, it is not possible to access
other directories. If you want to switch to an-
