Potato patties
¡ 500g potatoes
¡ 1large egg
¡ 3tbsp flour
¡ Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
¡ Insert the grating insert in the carrier
disc and prepare the multifunctional ac-
cessory for processing.
¡ Peel and grate the potatoes.
¡ Mix the grated potatoes, egg, flour, salt
and pepper.
¡ If the mixture is too liquid, add more
flour.
¡ Heat oil in a pan. Then add a large
spoonful of the mixture and shape into
patties. Fry on both sides until golden
brown.
