Assembly
Inserting/Replacing the Batteries
Alkali-manganese batteries are recommended for the meas-
uring tool.
– Fold open the battery lid 7 and insert the batteries. When
inserting, pay attention to the correct polarity according to
the representation on the inside of the battery compart-
ment.
If the batteries become weak, the battery capacity indicator 3
will flash green. The laser lines will also flash every 10 mins for
approx. 5 s. The measuring tool can be operated for approx.
1 hour after the first flashing. If the batteries become empty,
the laser lines will flash again directly before automatic shut-
off.
Always replace all batteries at the same time. Only use batter-
ies from one brand and with the identical capacity.
