If it's not, charge it. * Next, verify the battery pack is correctly installed, locked, and secured to the tool. * Also, the battery pack's temperature might be too hot or cold; let it sit until it reaches a normal operating temperature. * The trigger might not be turning the tool on; disengage the lock-off button. * If none of these steps work, the switch may be burned out, in which case you should have it replaced by an Authorized Bosch Service Center or Service Station.

  If the cut binds, burns, or stalls the motor when ripping with your Bosch Saw, consider the following: 1. The blade might be dull or have an improper tooth set. Discard the blade and use a different one. 2. If you're using a warped board, make sure the concave or hollow side is facing “DOWN” and feed slowly. 3. The blade could be binding. Assemble the blade and tighten the Vari-Torque clutch per the “Saw Assembly” instructions. 4. Improper workpiece support can also cause this issue. Clamp or support the workpiece properly.
