Subtracting Measured Values
To subtract measuring values, press minus button 5; For
confirmation, “–” is indicated on the display. The further
procedure is analogous to “Adding Measured Values”.
Data Transmission to other Devices
The measuring tool is equipped with a
Bluetooth
® module, which enables
data transmission via radio technology to mobile terminals/devices with a
Bluetooth
® interface (e.g., smartphones, tablets).
For information on the necessary system requirements for a
Bluetooth
®
connection, please refer to the Bosch website at www.boschtools.com.
For data transmission via
Bluetooth
®, time delays between mobile
terminal/device and measuring tool may occur. This can be possible due
to the distance between both devices or the object being measured.
Data transmission to other devices with USB interface is possible via the
measuring tool’s micro USB port (e.g. to computers, notebooks). In USB
operation, the charging duration can be significantly prolonged during data
transmission.
Activating the
Bluetooth
® Interface for Data Transmission to a
Mobile Terminal/Device
To activate the
Bluetooth
® interface, press the measuring tool’s
Bluetooth
® button 13. Make sure that the
Bluetooth
® interface on your
mobile terminal/device is activated.
Special Bosch applications (apps) are
available to extend the functional range
of the mobile terminal/device and for
simplification of the data processing.
Depending on terminal/device, these can
be downloaded at the respective app
stores.
